Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for IoT solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities within target industries.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine and optimize the sales approach.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with OEM clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Expertise:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the OEM sector, preferably within IoT or related industries.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Communication & Negotiation:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels.
  • CRM Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IOT sales.
