Role & responsibilities

• HR Business partnering with business leaders to achieve the business agenda
• Handle the end to end employee lifecycle process along with CoE for respective Manufacturing Unit.
• Ensure Statutory Compliances at site level.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations with employees.
• Drive DA culture and employee engagement

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-12 Years experience in HR domain in a manufacturing setup handled entire Unit individually.
• Experience in Attendance Management, payroll and Contract Labour Management.
• Must have experience in leading HR at site level.
• Strong knowledge and exposure to Statutory Compliances in a Factory atmosphere.
• Good in stakeholder management and collaborative working
