Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
• Drive revenue growth through retail, distribution, and direct sales channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, including stock management and supply chain coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or excess.
• Optimize logistics and distribution efficiency for product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and understand consumer preferences.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales and operations team.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
• Ensure product visibility and effective merchandising at retail points.
• Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance regulations, and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales & distribution preferably in the small domestic appliances or consumer electronics industry.
