Job Description
- Responsible for Branch operation (all department) and branch target.
- People Development & Management / Team Management- CS, Sales, Accounts, Admin, Documentations. (Professional development of staff and their productivity management).
- Must have Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Business orientated and experienced to managed both Air & Ocean shipments.
- Reviewing shipping documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and federal regulations and operational safety
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is crucial for securing deals and resolving conflicts
- Leadership and Organizational Skills- for managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing activities across the branch.
- Review records of all import & export shipments
- Experience in conducting research on markets and customers.
- Business Strategies- developing and implementing short- and long-term business strategies to enhance profitability, market share, and brand recognition
- Ability of Stress Management and Decision-Making
- Completely on payable & receivable
- Software knowledge- MTO, CRM, etc.
