What youll do:

Phenom is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments while managing IT infrastructure and supporting end-users. This role requires expertise in MDM solutions, ticketing systems, basic networking, and conference room setup to ensure seamless IT operations.

Device Troubleshooting Support:

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM).

MDM Management:

• Deploy and manage devices using Endpoint Central, Mosyle, and other MDM solutions.
• Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with company IT standards.

Networking Infrastructure:

• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Cisco Meraki configurations.
• Support network connectivity issues and ensure a stable IT environment.

Conference Room IT Setup:

• Set up and maintain AV equipment, conference room systems, and remote meeting solutions.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing tools and hardware for seamless communication.

User Access IT Security:

• Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security policies.
• Provide support for VPN, endpoint security, and system updates.

What youve done

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu troubleshooting.
• Experience with MDM tools like Endpoint Central and Mosyle.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management - JSM).
• Basic knowledge of networking (Cisco Meraki preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot conference room AV setups and IT equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise security policies and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation is a bonus
