Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce strategy, implementation, and optimization efforts. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
What youve to do:
- Salesforce Strategy Management: Develop and execute Salesforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Customization Optimization: Oversee customization, automation, and integration efforts within Salesforce.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams to ensure seamless CRM operations.
- Data Management Reporting: Ensure data integrity, governance, and advanced reporting using Salesforce dashboards.
- Process Automation: Implement workflows, process builder, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Third-Party Integrations: Manage integrations with external tools such as marketing automation platforms, ERP systems, and customer support tools.
- Compliance Security: Ensure Salesforce adheres to industry standards and security best practices.
Work Experience
What youve done:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, and management .
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ .
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows .
- Hands-on experience with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.) .
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer are a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of successful CRM implementations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins .
