JOB SUMMARY
He / She should be Atlassian Cloud Certified with 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Administration, Configurations and Maintenance, of Atlassian suite in various vertices like (installation, deployment, configuration, migration, upgrades, patching, provisioning, server management etc..) on multiple environments (MAC, Windows, and Linux). He/She should have experience exclusive in JIRA Administration, analysis, design, development, Project management, Agile methodologies, Jira Service Desk, JIRA Core, Jira Agile 7.3.3, and knowledge in Confluence, Fisheye & Crucible, GIT, BIT BUCKET, MySQL, Groovy Scripting, ITIL Management., Collaboration tools, Continuous integration builds server configurations and management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS
Jira Administration: Handle the overall administration of Jira, including user management, permissions, workflows, custom fields, automations and screens. Ensure Jira is properly configured and optimized to meet the needs of various teams and projects.
Workflow Management: Design, implement, and customize workflows to align with the organizations processes and project requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure workflows are efficient and effective.
Plugin Management: Evaluate, install, configure, and maintain plugins and add-ons to extend the functionality of Jira. Stay up to date with the latest plugins and assess their suitability for the organizations needs.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to users of Jira, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and training new users on Jiras features and best practices. Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base resources.
Integration and Automation: Collaborate with development teams to integrate Jira with other tools and systems in the software development lifecycle. Automate routine tasks and processes using Jiras scripting and automation capabilities.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect Jira data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry policies. Monitor and audit user access and permissions to maintain data integrity. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Manage and Configure Various Atlassian Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo and Bitbucket in the organization.
Expertise in Atlassian tools consolidations that involve Jira/Confluence server/cloud migrations and upgrades.
Created Customized Dashboards, and JQL Filters and used them on gadgets.

Strong knowledge on Atlassian Crowd for central identity management.
Created users on JIRA Internal Directory, Crowd and Active Directory (AI).
Experience working with Continuous Delivery tools like GIT, Nexus and SonarQube.
Experienced in Documentation of Product Installation Guides, Environment Preparations, and issue logs
Good experience in generating effective tempo and eaZybi reports
Good at Client Liaison, experienced in executing Onsite-Offshore project execution models, Proficient in document management, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Basic MS SQL skills, running DB query and troubleshooting
Experience with FTP and PGP file encryption (or similar)
Strong working knowledge of flat files, XML files, and Excel spreadsheets
Understanding of data format conversion
Analysis and troubleshooting skills with good communication & presentation skills
Knowledge in Atlassian associated tools
Experience with SAML, MFA, and Open Source into SSO technologies, IDP and/or SP-Init and other authentication technologies will be an added advantage. YOU BRING
Total 5+ years relevant experience is required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Good communication skills
Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, including user management, permissions, workflows, and customization.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in supporting agile development processes using Jira.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
