About the Role :

Join us in building a cutting-edge HRIS system from scratch! As a Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-friendly interfaces using React.js and JavaScript. You'll collaborate closely with our backend and security teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and optimization.

- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth data flow.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.

- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

- Exposure to secure coding practices and an understanding of frontend security principles.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Education : 16 years of full time education.
