Job Description
Project Engineer - Manager
Designation : Project & Planning Engineer - Manager No Of Positions : 01 Job Location : Thane, Maharashtra Employment Type : Full Time Job Type : Permanent Qualifications : Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project or Planning.
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Design and Development: ( Optional ) : Develop detailed HVAC system designs for various industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Use design software and tools to create efficient and innovative HVAC solutions.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Project Planning : Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Estimate project costs and prepare detailed budgets.
Coordinate with procurement teams to source necessary materials and equipment. Technical Analysis and Problem Solving : Analyze HVAC system performance and suggest improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance during installation and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution. Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.Present design concepts and project plans to clients for approval.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality HVAC solutions.
Compliance and Quality Assurance.
Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant standards and regulations.
Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain detailed documentation of all design and planning activities. Desired Candidate Profile : Experience in Clean Room construction sites.
Experience in HVAC.
