Job Description
Manager - Accounts
Designation : Manager - Accounts Job Location : Thane, Maharashtra Job Type : Permanent Experience Required : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Experience in export documentation is preferred. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Handle taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting software ( Tally ) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with export documentation processes and regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Benefits : Competitive salary and benefits package.
