Job Description

Qualification Documentation (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
 
Preparation
Prepare and manage qualification documentation for projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
 
Client Coordination
Share document formats with clients for approval.
Follow up with clients for required documents, test certificates, and approvals.
Coordinate revisions with the client when necessary.
Prepare, print, and dispatch approved document sets to clients within the agreed timeline
Ensure successful receipt of documents on-site and provide support for client queries related to documentation.
 
Follow-Up and Coordination
Liaise with vendors for test certificates and arrange verifications.
Verify GA drawings, test certificates, and technical data sheets (TDS).
Collaborate with site engineers for item details.
Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless documentation processes.
 
Data Management
Register projects on the server and ensure proper organization of project data.
Scan and store all relevant project documents (e.g., Client PO, Vendor PO, Approved Documents, Test Certificates, Manuals, Layouts) on the server.
Maintain photographic records from the site on the project server.
Prepare lists of installed items based on site data.
Create work completion certificates and handover letters while maintaining systematic records.
Update document formats as needed.
Maintain an Excel sheet for equipment IDs and ensure data accuracy.
 
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor s degree in any field
Min 2 years of experience required.
Proficient in technical documentation processes, including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and site engineers effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with project data management.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
