Sr Executive/Assistant Manager - HR (On 3P Payroll)

Talent Acquisition

• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind including crafting of Job descriptions , KPI and metrics of each role
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, to build pipelines for potential applicants
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations and best functional and behavioral fits basis competency framework

HR Generalist

• Assist in the employee life cycle 90 day feedbacks / Confirmation process / Performance and Productivity Management / Grievance Management
• Create forums for people discussions with right and timely feedbacks to management

Required skills and qualifications

• Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• MBA Preferred
