Lead Engineer Rotary & Packages

Role & responsibilities:

Essential

• Shall have considerable years of experience as a Rotary & Packages Engineer.
• Shall have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of various equipments like Reciprocating and Centrifugal compressors, Air-compressors, Diesel generator, Firewater Pumps, Centrifugal and Positive displacement pumps, etc.
• Shall have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of various packages like Crude Stabilization Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit, Hot Oil Package, Heater Treater Package, Flare Package, N2 generation package, RO water package, Chemical Injection Package, Cooling tower etc.
• Shall be able to prepare the Mechanical Datasheets, Technical specifications, and Material Requisitions.
• Hands-on experience on evaluation of Vendor offers, preparation of TQs and Technical Bid Evaluations and review of vendor data for these equipment and packages.
• Shall have knowledge of leading vendors for these packages and technologies being adopted by these vendors for these equipment’s.
• Shall support Construction, Procurement and Pre-commissioning & Commissioning teams.
• Shall perform inter-discipline interface of piping, instrumentation, electrical, civil and process.
• Shall be proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as P&ID, Plot Plan, Process Flow Diagram, Datasheets, General Arrangement Drawings, etc.
• Shall be well conversant with the relevant national & international codes like API, ASME NFPA, ISO etc.
• Shall be conversant with specifications of various EPCs/Licensors like DEPs, EIL etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Essential: B.E - Mechanical.

Experience / Skills

Hands-on experience of Equipment’s like Reciprocating and Centrifugal compressors, Air-compressors, Diesel generator, Firewater Pumps, Centrifugal and Positive displacement pumps etc. Hands-on experience of Packages like Crude Stabilization Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit, Hot Oil Package, Heater Treater Package, Flare Package, N2 generation package, RO water package, Chemical Injection Package, Cooling tower etc.

Additional Notes

Preferable from Engineering / EPC / End User companies with Oil & Gas background.
