Crane Operator - Mobile/Crawler crane experience only

Role & responsibilities

• Uses heavy equipment to lift and move construction materials and equipment around a job site
• Capable of unloading and setting up the crane at the designated location, including positioning of outrigger, boom extension fully, telescopic operation etc. independently.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of crane to ensure its proper functioning
• Collaborate with construction team to understand the project requirement and co-ordinate the movement accordingly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent any accidents and ensure a secure working environment
• Communicate clearly with signal people and other workers on the ground to coordinate lifting operations. Communicate effectively with the ground personnel using radio or hand signal.
• Evaluate the work area, including overhead obstructions, ground conditions, and potential hazards before lifting.
• Read & understand the crane load chart and safe working load indicator functioning
• Read and understand the display monitor functions like working radius, boom angle, boom length, outrigger jack placing, leveling of outriggers with spirit level etc.
• Can be able to drive the truck mounted mobile crane as well as crawler crane safely as per requirement (off road and on road conditions)
• Report on the problem with the mechanical section for acute resolution
• Maintain logbooks and maintenance records as per standard

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a mobile crane and crawler crane operator
• ITI + 15 years of experience.

Working Terms:

• Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and fro International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company).
• Workdays & Hours Corporate Office: Six and Half day in a week (Monday to Saturday 8:30AM to 6:30PM & Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM) & Onsite location: Seven Days Working (Monday to Sunday – 8:30AM to 6:30PM).
