Travel Desk Executive / Ticketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to travel enquiries and request via phone and email professionally.
• Managing travel desk (different modes of travel, hotel) from beginning to end
• Maintenance of travel related documents, MIS.
• Understand clients travel requirements and propose appropriate itineraries at competitive prices.
• To provide information on visa requirements and direct them to appropriate team.
• To maintain and update traveller profile in the system
• To build and sustain excellent working relationships with through outstanding customer service and support
• Ensure all travel documentations, including quotations, ticket issuance and billings are processed accurately
• Announce arrival and departure information to appropriate team members
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Keep information facilities clean during operation
• Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, are per policy
• Provide clients with assistance in preparing required travel documents and forms
• Pre/post Audit of fares
• Be creative and Improve processes to reduce errors in all operations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess IATA / UFTAA certification
• Min.5 year of working experience in travel corporate ticketing environment
• Good destinations and geographical knowledge
• Graduate in any field.
• Proficient in Amadeus, with thorough know how in issuance, Reissuance, Cancellation - Refund, Knowledge of Applicable Airline taxes.
