Executive - Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Lead Generation:

• Establish strong connections with both existing and new customers to generate leads for add on services, specifically Marketplace Services.

2. Feature Communication:

• Effectively explain newly released features of Marketplace Services to existing clients, ensuring they are informed and updated.

3. Service Explanation and Conversion:

• Present all available Marketplace Services in a clear and compelling manner, converting these opportunities into positive leads.
• Guide customers thoroughly through the process to ensure seamless onboarding or adoption of services.

4. Target Achievement:

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction
