Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC):
   
• Manage ESIC-related documentation and compliance.
• Ensure timely enrollment and support employees with ESIC-related queries.
• Liaise with government bodies for updates and issue resolution.
2. Grievance Handling:
   
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
• Resolve employee concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain records and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Rewards & Recognition Programs:
   
• Plan and execute employee rewards and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify deserving employees and teams.
• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
4. Exit Formalities:
   
• Oversee the full and final settlement process.
• Conduct exit interviews and document insights for organizational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during employee exits.
5. Performance Management System (PMS):
   
• Assist in implementing and reviewing PMS policies.
• Provide support in goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
• Ensure alignment of PMS practices with organizational objectives.
