Roles & Responsibilities -:

1. End-to-End HR Operations:
   
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, letter generation, background verification, exit formalities, and more.
• Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for employee and vendor queries regarding HR policies, processes, and grievance handling.
2. Records and Documentation:
   
• Maintain and update employee records and documents in the HRMS system.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing to support compliance and audits.
3. Payroll and Compliance:
   
• Handle employee queries and processes related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) enrollment and contributions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely resolution of issues.
4. Data and Reporting:
   
• Maintain relevant trackers for HR operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and share reports required for audits, management reviews, or strategic initiatives.
5. Audit and Compliance Support:
   
• Handle annual HR audits and ensure all requirements are met within the agreed timelines (TAT).
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

Employee Support:

• Respond promptly to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and compliance.
• Provide effective grievance handling and resolution.

1. Team Collaboration:
   
• Assist team members with ongoing HR activities and initiatives to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Structured thinking, attention to detail and process orientation are must haves.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Exp in Hr Operations activities
