Job Description

Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead B2B sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with expertise in managing clients and driving revenue in the pet care industry. The role involves selling a diverse product line that includes Toys, Treats, Food, Bedding, Cages, Accessories, and other pet care products. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language (Kannada) and be familiar with the Bangalore market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with pet stores, veterinary clinics, distributors, and other B2B clients within the Bangalore region.
  • Drive sales of the companys product portfolio, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and expos in the Bangalore region.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the pet care, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to develop new business, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the pet care industry and familiarity with pet products is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and have good knowledge of the local market.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
