Executive / Senior Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Resolve discrepancies and address accounting issues as they arise.
• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
