Profile Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head who is creative, business-savvy and result-oriented. The recruit has to design and run marketing campaigns, drive web traffic, and enhance brand image.

The candidate should be aware of current marketing trends and strategies. Being tech-oriented is also essential, as one must automate campaigns and measure KPIs with web analytics. Depending on the situation, one will have to take up market research and target identification roles.

The job also involves managing and coordinating with different stake holders, CEO, Management team members. The goal is to win more customers and increase profitability.

Role & Responsibilities:

Create and implement complete digital marketing strategies.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Manage and optimize different digital channels like email, social media, search, and website.
• Analyze the data for insights and better decision-making.
• Work with internal teams and outside partners to run campaigns.
• Manage budgets and ROI for marketing projects.
• Oversee the creation and quality of digital content.
• Assess the success of digital marketing campaigns.
• Build and keep strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Plan events and webinars for marketing initiatives.
• Manage the development and running of the company website.
• Manage and keep track of paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Create and run email marketing campaigns for sales.
• Use SEO and PPC strategies to improve search engine ranking.
• Evaluate new digital marketing opportunities to help the business grow.
• Work together with the sales and customer service teams as and when required.
• Create and manage partnerships with influencers and media outlets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field.

• At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like email platforms and social media management software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to manage budgets and use resources well.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Accuracy and careful attention to detail.

Ability to relocate at:
Navratna Coroprate Park, Bopal Ambli Road, Ahmedabad.

Should be comfortable to travel project locations as per business requirements.
