Typically monitor and manage IT Infrastructure at various locations and central site.
Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.
Monitor alerts from Antivirus Server.
Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.
Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses
Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT)/MCA/MSc (CS) with Science Background.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 year experience in Network/server management/Antivirus Support services with CCNA/RedHat or equivalent Certification .
