Role: Senior Windows System Engineer
Location: Offshore (India)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Windows Engineer with 8+ years of strong expertise in Windows infrastructure and related technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in incident management, collaborating with offshore teams, and independently contributing to maintaining and enhancing the Windows environment.

Work Hours:
- 12 AM - 8AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Windows Engineer with 8+ years of strong expertise in Windows infrastructure and related technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in incident management, collaborating with offshore teams, and independently contributing to maintaining and enhancing the Windows environment.
- Incident Management:
- Handle escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution while adhering to SLA requirements.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaboration and Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between offshore teams and the Client team to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.
- Windows Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain Windows Servers , ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory , including domain controllers, trusts, and replication.
- Patching and Updates:
- Oversee patch management processes, ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest security and performance patches.
- Group Policy (GPO):
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects to enforce security and compliance standards.
- Distributed File System (DFS):
- Manage and maintain DFS to ensure efficient and reliable access to shared data.
- SCCM Administration:
- Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, updates, and device management.
- Independent Contributor:
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Windows technologies, advising on best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD) , including GPO and user authentication.
- Experience with patch management tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy , DFS , and SCCM .
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role (e. g. , Senior Windows Engineer or Administrator).
- Experience working in cross-functional and offshore team environments.
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
