Job Description
- Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor network security to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with DevOps for efficient network operations.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform window installations, upgrades and system backups and antivirus installation.
- Work with software deployment team for software configuration.
- Configure and oversee network hardware like routers and servers.
- Monitor network traffic for security threats and performance.
- Provide technical support, training, and maintain documentation.
- Graduate in BE / BTech / BScIT or equivalent.
- Certification in network administration or related areas like CCNA, Comp TIA Network+ or similar.
- Good Communication skills (Excellent in English language, will be working with US UK clients/staff)
- Experience in handling firewall
- Proficient in DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong server administration skills in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with network protocols, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
- Strong knowledge of managing active directories on window server.
- Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
