We are looking for a Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and for providing support to the Board of Directors and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the company's statutory registers and records, including minutes of meetings
- Prepare and file statutory returns and forms with the Registrar of Companies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations
- Provide support to the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters
- Coordinate and manage meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and policies
- Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the organization and conduct of shareholder meetings
- Handle any other legal and regulatory matters as required
