Job Description

International Business Development:

- Responsible for spearheading the expansion into new markets & have a proven history of driving high-profit margins and an existing international client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- International Business Development & Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets, develop market entry strategies, and manage the expansion process.

- Sales Lead Generation & Customer Retention: Generate qualified leads, convert leads into sales, and implement strategies to retain existing clients.

- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue growth.

- Global Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business.

- Communication & Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.

- International Travel: Conduct exclusive international travel for trade shows and exhibitions.

- Channel Management: Appoint and manage traders, agents, and representatives in international markets.

- Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Be responsible for achieving profitable revenue and volume growth through strategic planning and execution.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from Reputed B School with 2-3+ years of experience in international business development & has an existing client portfolio in International Region.

2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving high profit margins and sales volumes.

3. Strong understanding of international trade principles and regulations.

4. Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Willingness to travel.
