Av Support Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AV & IT Support Engineer to handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolution delivery for a range of audio-visual, collaboration, and IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, resolving, and optimizing AV/IT systems, ensuring seamless operations in enterprise and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for AV and IT products.
• Ensure minimal downtime and provide timely resolutions.

Product Support & Maintenance:

• Maintain, configure, and optimize Poly Studio R30, V52, X52 + TC10, X70, AVer PTC310UV2,

PTC320UV2, Biamp & Shure Audio Solutions, and other listed equipment.

• Perform firmware updates, calibrations, and periodic system health checks.

AV & IT Infrastructure Management:

• Support and maintain Samsung Digital Signages & MagicInfo, Extron devices, Kramer AV &

CommScope LAN cables, and Epson Projectors.

• Ensure seamless integration of AV solutions with IT networks.
• Enterprise Collaboration & Room Management
• Support Evoko Liso Room Scheduler and Biamp-Evoko EasyConnect MPX200 (Delo) for effective workspace management.
• Assist in configuring teleprompters and JBL PartyBox Speaker Systems as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Provide reports and recommendations for system improvements.
• Onsite Support:
• Offer onsite technical support to users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers for advanced troubleshooting when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AV and IT troubleshooting.
• Technical Proficiency:o Strong knowledge of Poly, AVer, Biamp, Shure, and Extron devices.
• Familiarity with LAN cabling, AV connectivity (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.), and enterprise IT

environments.

• Experience in AV-over-IP, networked audio systems, and room scheduling solutions is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Time: 8:30 AM to 6 PM

Days: Mon- Sat

Language Known: Malayalam, Hindi & English

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
