AV Engineer

Crystal Presentation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled AV System Engineer to manage Audio-Visual (AV) systems Gurugram. This is an on-site role requiring 0-1 years of experience in AV operations and troubleshooting.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled AV System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a B-Tech graduate with excellent English communication skills, ready to work with corporate clients, including international businesses. This role involves assisting in the design, installation, and support of audio-visual (AV) solutions tailored to corporate environments such as boardrooms, conference rooms, and training spaces.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Relationship Building:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV requirements.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships, including with foreign clients.

AV Solution Support:

• Assist in designing and recommending AV solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical information.

Installation Assistance:

• Support the installation of AV equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, and cabling.
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functionality of AV systems.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for AV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports.
• Prepare user guides and assist in end-user training.

Qualifications:Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (B-Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in AV systems.
• Basic knowledge of AV technologies, including projectors, displays, microphones, and video conferencing platforms (training will be provided).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
