Data Privacy Analyst:

Were excited to be hiring a Data Privacy Analyst in India to join our Global Privacy Platform Implementation Team. As a key member of this global team, you’ll support our Data Privacy Managers in implementing data privacy management tools while ensuring PepsiCo’s compliance with privacy and data protection policies, principles, and standards across the enterprise.

In this role, part of the D&AI Governance Platforms Team, you’ll help define essential privacy business processes and related elements, collaborate with different business functions on global initiatives, and play a central role in implementing corporate solutions for data privacy management.

Responsibilities

• Configure platforms to support data privacy management and incident response.
• Assist with integrating privacy management tool solutions with the Informatica suite, ServiceNow, and consumer data sources.
• Support the design and implementation of privacy business processes and components (e.g., records of processing activities, privacy impact assessments, data subject requests, universal and cookie consent management, privacy notice management) through privacy management tools.
• Contribute to the development of global data privacy deliverables, such as procedures, guidelines, and templates.
• Execute pilot programs to test defined workflows and privacy assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementing data privacy requirements.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring platforms.
• Familiarity with platform integrations and programming languages ( Python, Java, SQL, .net any programming langauge)
• Knowledge of key privacy and security frameworks (e.g., NIST) and industry best practices.
• General understanding of major privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have Technical Requirements:

• Previous experience adapting major international companies to comply with privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Holds or is actively pursuing a relevant data governance or privacy certification.
