Deputy Director - BI Lead

Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on expertise with PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Data Modeling.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into PowerBI solutions.
• Ensure the performance optimization, quality, and responsiveness of the PowerBI dashboards.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Responsibilities

• 13+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
• Proven experience as a PowerBI Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI and DAX.
• Experience with SQL,data modeling and basics of Data Engineering.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
• Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through company growth.nt.
• Proactively drive impact and engagement while bringing others along.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.
• Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts.
