Responsibilities
Accountability :
Scale Gatorade in India and build hydration category.
- Lead the strategy development to improve penetration of Gatorade
- Lead communication Development of Gatorade
- Lead breakthrough activations to bring the brand Gatorade closer to the consumers at the point of sweat
- Lead cross-functional development, project management & commercialization from insights to in-market for Gatorade Innovation projects

Qualifications
Key Capabilities / Competencies:
Tier 1 MBA graduate with 4-5 years overall experience in sales/marketing of a FMCG segment.
Preferably 2 years of experience in sales and 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
Preferably 2 years of experience in sales and 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
- 2-3 years of Brand marketing knowledge
- Strong Activation Expertise
- Attention to detail & strong project management skills
- Strong Agility and Resilience
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teams
Differentiating Competencies Required
Strong Understanding of sporting culture in India
Focus on fitness
