Principal Software Engineer

Lead Full Stack Development:

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines

• Manage end-to-end development processes from initial planning, coding, testing, to deployment and maintenance.

• Exposure to Front end tech like React, Native react JS is an added advantage

• Should have either full backend and microservices Java, SpringBoot, Node JS experience

• Azure BOT services and Azure Cognitive services is an advantage

Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines:

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Ensure robust version control, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.

Team Management:

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hands-on full-stack development.

• Experience in deploying Cognitive services and custom models in production environments.

Technical Skills:

• Primary in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Strong expertise in back-end frameworks (Node.js).

• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).

• Experience with API development and microservices architecture.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (one of the TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with MLOps tools and platforms.

• Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and other AI subfields.

• Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages.
