Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create robust sourcing strategies tailored to FMCG roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks ,LinkedIn & headhunting tools

2. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business requirements.
  • Lead discussions with candidates to address salary expectations, benefits, and other offer details, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
  • Build rapport with candidates to effectively address counteroffers and objections, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful closures.

3. Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector
  • Maintain an engaging candidate experience that aligns with our brand values.

4. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on trends in the FMCG job market, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable insights to align recruitment strategies with talent insights

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with functional heads and other stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and provide guidance on talent planning.

Key Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 6-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record in hiring for diverse and niche FMCG roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D).

3. Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with a focus on passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, Offer negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

4. Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to organizational growth.
  • Strategic mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
