Job Summary:
As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative social media campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive engagement. You will manage the companys social media accounts, oversee content creation, and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create and oversee engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong Knowledge of Social Media Tools, Analytics, and advertising Platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, HootSuite etc.,)
• Excellent Creative, Analytical and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns
