Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute advanced digital strategies, driving measurable growth and ROI across multiple digital channels. You will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives, aiming to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves managing a team of digital marketers, collaborating across departments, and making data-driven decisions to meet the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and display advertising).
- Define KPIs, set campaign goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to drive cohesive campaigns.
3. Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling digital content that aligns with brand messaging and target audience needs.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign management, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor, track, and report campaign performance.
- Analyze data to derive insights, making recommendations to optimize digital strategies.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on KPIs and digital marketing ROI to senior management.
5. SEO/SEM Management
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies, staying updated on algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Manage SEM campaigns and budget allocation, with a focus on maximizing ROI and lead generation.
6. Paid Advertising
- Oversee the strategy, creation, and optimization of paid social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Track ad performance, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels for maximum impact.
7. Customer Journey Optimization
- Develop and enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints, focusing on conversion and retention strategies.
- Implement CRM strategies for audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership in managing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Proficient in analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing a team and cross-functional collaborations.
