Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operational processes at Pepagora. This role is critical for scaling the business by developing efficient workflows, managing operational data insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Manage the opportunity pipeline by coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure seamless execution across the business cycle.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to scale and simplify business operations, leveraging automation to drive efficiency.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, and HR) to define, refine, and maintain operational policies, processes, and standards.
Data-Driven Insights
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decisions.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and executive review documents to monitor business health and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Analysis
- Lead P&L and cost analysis, providing recommendations to optimize budgets and improve financial performance.
- Ensure alignment between operational goals and financial planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align operational strategies with business priorities.
- Act as a central point of coordination for cross-departmental initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
Strategic Guidance
- Provide strategic input to business leaders, implementing best practices to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead the annual planning process, including revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and goal setting.
Business Rhythm
- Establish and maintain a strong business cadence, leading regular meetings with clear deliverables and action plans.
- Draft and review narratives, memos, and presentations for leadership reviews and business updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or similar roles in fast-growing companies.
- Strong expertise in operational frameworks, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Proven experience in managing data insights, creating dashboards, and using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams and drive outcomes.
- Ability to simplify and automate complex workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively recognize challenges and implement cross-functional solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate clear and concise business recommendations.
