Roles and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content (images, videos, graphics) for various marketing campaigns using graphic designing skills.
  
• Manage paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive website traffic and conversions.
  
• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with overall digital marketing strategy.
  
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROI, KPIs, CPA, CPAs to optimize ad spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related field.
  
• Proficiency in creating engaging video content for YouTube channels or similar platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices for optimizing website rankings on search engines like Google.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from tools like Google Analytics.
  
• Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads ).
• Proficient in adobe.
