Job Title: Social Media Manager (USA Shift)
Location: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (USA Shift Hours)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and work with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, along with expertise in running PPC ad campaigns. The candidate should possess excellent graphic design and video editing skills, along with strong communication abilities to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for US-based clients.
• Manage and grow client presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and manage PPC ad campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and ROI.
• Design eye-catching graphics and edit high-quality videos for posts, stories, and ads.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding goals and provide regular updates on progress.
• Respond to client queries and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative content and campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms and running PPC campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
