USA Book keeper and Accountant

Location: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (USA Shift Hours)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team, catering to US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero software. This role requires strong communication skills as you will be client-facing, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting. Experience in USA payroll processes will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records by managing daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and US accounting standards.
• Process payroll and manage tax filings in coordination with US regulations (experience in USA payroll is a plus).
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide timely updates.
• Identify discrepancies in records and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a streamlined workflow and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using QuickBooks and Xero software.
• Strong understanding of US accounting standards and practices.
• Experience with USA payroll processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related tools.
