The Head-Credit Administration & Bank Control Unit role will lead the two verticals in the Bank. Currently, the Bank does not have a dedicated Credit Administration Vertical.

The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the entire vertical in line with the Corporate Banking Operations Team.

He will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit administration process to ensure that all credit-related activities like Credit Policy Implementation, Credit Approval & Underwriting, Credit Risk Management, Loan Administration & Monitoring and Reporting & Analytics are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the Bank Control Unit is to render more effective support to branches / channels as the business and transaction volumes increase. For a differentiated strategy and a successful business model, one of the important areas is high level of internal controls while keeping customer experience at the core. The objective of strengthening internal controls, supervision of bank branches / outlets for enhancing operations hygiene & providing related guidance and instructions wherever necessary will be of primary focus of BCU.
