Job Description:

- Leadership of large and highly effective teams.

- Experience managing a team of 50+ resources.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform financial analysis.

- Strong knowledge of Distributor Finance process and previous experience in managing distributor relationships.

- Ability to optimize Distributor Finance processes by leveraging an end-to-end process mindset augmented with the right organizational goals.

- Superior interpersonal skills: ability to build strong working relationships.

- Customer service mindset for global internal and external customers/distributors.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management across functions and divisions.

In this role you will need to:

- Manage large sized teams and/or work efforts within global functions and business.

- Analyze and solve complex problems, including helping teams prioritize issues.

- Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

- Maintain clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team and business goals.

- Hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
