Lead - Hire To Retire - BFSI (14-18 yrs)

A leading BFSI company is looking for a Lead-Hire to Retire, in Giftcity Ahmedabad.

We are looking for HR Professionals who have worked on Hire to Retire processes, leading teams for the Hire to Retire function.

Requirements for this role are as follows:

- Business Process Transformation Project Plans and HR Project Documentation

- Expert in HR process Transition as an individual contributor as well as a supervisor

- Experience with SAP HR, Workday, Peoplesoft HRMs etc

- Detailed knowledge in various HR functions such as Payroll, Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Absence Management, Exit and off boarding, Promotions, Performance Management and International Assignment Management

- Managing operations & ensuring business targets are set and met, set quality standards, SLA's and service delivery metrics

- End to end experience with Hire to Retire for atleast 2000 employee organizations

- A detailed JD can be shared with interested candidates.

- This role would require relocation to Ahmedabad-Gift City and is NOT Hybrid/ Remote etc
