Job Description:

Role Outcomes :

Working closely with Project managers - Coordinating , monitoring and tracking the project tasks.

Working closely with the teams and driving them to complete the assigned tasks .

Tracking Customers CR and Support requests to closure.

Tracking all activities from - BRD to delivery of FSD to Delivery of solution to customers.

Co-ordination of various tasks involved during QC, SIT & UAT and Rollout Support

Working closely with customers support organization in tracking Support requests, Data Corrections requirements, System Defects .

Tracking the SLA, TAT for UAT and Production Tickets

Co-ordinating with QC and Engineering teams for various Project and Support activities.

Preparing Weekly status reports and Project trackers.

Ensuring the usage and updates of various Project tools ex: Jira, HR applications, Time Sheets .

Tracking Commercials/Billing/Payments

Key Skills :

Should have must done B.Tech, having B.Tech with MBA is added advantage.

Knows Project management techniques.

Should have knowledge of banking and finance.

Excellent communication skills is a must (English and Hindi).

Knowledge of Excel, Word and PPT.

Technical knowledge is good to have (SDLC) .
