Technical Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in Scrum to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead Agile projects, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Scrum teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.

Track and report on project metrics and deliverables.

Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
