Job Description
What You'll Do At PegaOversee data enrichment and acquisition efforts, including identifying and implementing appropriate tools and technologies to improve data quality and completeness. Establish and maintain robust data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and touchpoints. Lead the Contact governance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with overall Go to Market objectives. Critically inspect existing processes and replace manual steps with automations. Identify and implement strategies to enrich contact data with additional information, such as demographic details, firmographics, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and efforts with overall business goals. Design, maintain and optimize databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy Provide regular reporting and analysis on contact data quality, performance metrics, and key insights and trends to support well-informed decision-making. Provide insights on the quality of contact and provide guidance to the go to market team to effectively use the data and boost efficiency Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and optimizing workflows. Put monitoring tools in place to proactively address data quality issues Implement, oversee, and maintain data governance policies and procedures to protect data privacy and security. You are comfortable using marketing technology and have experience or interest in email marketing platforms. You would enjoy behind-the-scenes work to improve marketing processes that make Pega more efficient and successful. You pay close attention to quality and deadlines, ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time. You are curious, service-oriented, and work well in virtual, in-person, and independent settings. What You've Accomplished Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or Data science 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance or related field Proven experience leading data management initiatives and teams. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, Data Profiling and data architecture Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (coding on any cloud environment) and Excel. Experience with data consumption using different APIs. Knowledge with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and Gitlab is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products.
