- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.

- Collaborate with the management and marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Business Development:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the US, Canada market with key focus on small and medium businesses, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and new product/service offerings.

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in the US.

- Ensure BD goals and targets for various verticals are met and exceeded.

- Present performance for the BD team/s for various verticals to the senior leadership
