Project Manager Energy

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Site Assessment & Feasibility Studies

• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for potential projects.
• Evaluate technical, financial, and environmental viability.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and compliance requirements.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to government regulations and industry standards.
• Manage permits, approvals, and documentation required for energy projects.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of energy systems.
• Monitor project performance and ensure quality standards are met.

Travel & On-Site Management

• Travel frequently to various locations and project sites to oversee progress.
• Address on-site challenges and provide solutions promptly.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular progress reports and performance evaluations.
• Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields) or equivalent.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in energy management or renewable energy are a plus.

Experience:

• 410 years of experience in managing energy projects, including renewables, efficiency, and conventional energy systems.
• Proven experience in site management and stakeholder coordination.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of energy systems, technologies, and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
