Job Summary:

The Project Execution Head plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of all interior fit-out projects at Creative Geometry. You will be a strategic and results-oriented leader, responsible for driving project delivery on time, within budget, and exceeding the highest quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution strategies, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and client requirements.
  ● Lead the project execution team in establishing clear project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  ● Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely action and effective risk management strategies.
  ● Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project execution team, promoting best practices and innovation.
  Project Management & Oversight:
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, ensuring they effectively manage their assigned projects and adhere to established protocols.
  ● Monitor project progress closely, identifying any potential issues or deviations from the plan.
  ● Implement corrective actions and contingency plans to address challenges and ensure project success.
  ● Oversee project quality control and assurance processes, guaranteeing adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  ● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely information sharing.
  ● Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing their concerns promptly, and exceeding their expectations.
  ● Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their initial vision.
  Team Management & Development:
  
• Lead, motivate, and empower the project execution team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  ● Identify and develop the skills and expertise of team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
  ● Promote teamwork and collaboration within the project execution team and across different departments.
  Performance Management & Reporting:
  
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project execution efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
  ● Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  ● Generate comprehensive project reports for internal stakeholders and client communication.
  Qualifications:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  ● Minimum [X] years of experience in a leadership role within project execution, preferably within the construction or design industry.
  ● Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion, on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
  ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and risk management principles.
  ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  ● Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate effectively.
  ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
  ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (preferred).
