Merger and Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic M&A Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 -10 years of experience in managing end-to-end M&A processes, including strategic planning, financial analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration. The role requires flexibility for frequent travel and a strong commitment to driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Analysis

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to assess deal viability.

Due Diligence

• Lead the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure thorough assessments.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

• Develop and negotiate deal terms, agreements, and transaction structures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Transaction Execution

• Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial discussions to closing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, legal teams, and financial advisors.

Post-Merger Integration

• Develop and execute integration plans to ensure seamless operational and cultural alignment.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of completed transactions.

Travel & Client Engagement

• Travel to various locations for meetings, site visits, and stakeholder interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 4–10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of managing successful M&A transactions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and M&A tools/software.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for M&A transactions.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
