Job Description- Marketing Head/Manager

• Would be responsible for overall Sourcing & Marketing Activities, Sales & Business Development for the organization.
• Self-starter,ready to take on new challenges
• A brand builder
• Strong in digital marketing
• 3-5 years of work experience in marketing
• Prefer experience in QSR/food, retail, B2C brands
• Customer and customer behavior focused
• A creative bent of minds

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES Branding

• Create phenomenal content to build the brand
• Write briefs for creative partners
• Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy
• Plan and execute photo shoots/video shoots/events and similar activities
• Maintain social media pages and online touch points actively

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING

• Devise local store marketing (LSM) strategy
• Develop new store opening strategy
• Participate and help guide new product development
• Develop a community of customers to get feedback from and conduct customer surveys to drive strategy.
• Spearheading marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - REPORTING/ANALYSIS

• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify, segment and define audiences
• Analyzing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies
• Derive insights data from Swiggy/Zomato and other campaigns.

Requirements-

• Hands on experience with both traditional & modern marketing.
• Good relations with influencers in social media (Optional).
• Experience in End to End Marketing.
• Brand strategy and execution
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience working on creative Menu cards, Flyers, posters to promote brand.
